Can that be true? National goalkeeper ter Stegen is said to be about a move to Galatasaray. But the transfer could become a problem.

Even more: The German national goalkeeper is said to have even agreed with the club from Istanbul on a change. The transfer fee is currently still open. Although Galatasaray would like to handle the change as cheaply as possible, Ter Stegen still has a contract with Barça until 2028 – a transfer of no transfer is therefore unlikely.

A glimmer of hope for “Gala”: The goalkeeper is one of the top earners among the Catalans who continue to fight with financial problems. Galatasaray apparently relies on the fact that Barça has an interest in deleting the high salary of the 32-year-old from the balance sheet. The Spanish sports newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” reports, however, that the club from Turkey hopes that Ter Stegen, regardless of the transfer goal, please give a release – to avoid such a transfer.

Sportily, Galatasaray has a lot to offer to the keeper: the club is qualified directly for the group phase of the Champions League and is planning with a powerful team. A possible whereabouts of striker Victor Osimhen, who was most recently loan from SSC Naples, would also underpin the ambitions.

In the meantime, a goalkeeper change seems to be drawn up in Barcelona. According to media reports, Barça is about to commit Joan García (24) from the city rival Espanyol. In addition, Wojciech Szczęsny (35) is still planned as a replacement. According to information from “Mundo Deportivo”, the signs at Ter Stegen are therefore on “upheaval”.
