Tottenham Hotspur is about to make Mathys Tel. The Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano and the TV broadcaster Sky unanimously report. The attacker will therefore leave FC Bayern Munich and remain permanently with the “Spurs”. According to Romano, Tel accepted Tottenham’s contract.
According to the reports, the transfer for Tel should amount to 35 million euros – in addition to the rental fee already paid in the amount of ten million euros, as the “picture” previously reported. According to Sky, the 20-year-old will sign a long-term contract in London. At Tottenham, he will also play under the new head coach Thomas Frank, who is also said to have shown great interest in the Frenchman’s whereabouts.
Last season Tel was used in 20 competitive games for the “Spurs”, scored three goals and prepared another goal. He also won the Europa League with the Londoners, but was not used in the 1-0 win in the final against Manchester United.
