It is also for this change of status, as well as for the costs of downsizing the costs that John Elkann has imposed on the Juventus club, that Juventus does not intend to renew the current Vlahovic contract (out of market). That is the 10.5 million net perceived in the last season or, even, the 12 who should collect in the next. And the Serbian, through his entourage in the dialogues carried out with Giuntoli in recent months, has already made it clear that he was not willing to renewal downwards.

Certainly, however, Juve is in a hurry, because Vlahovic will be able to sign with another team next February 1 without bringing a euro in the black and white coffers. The difficulty, given the recent performance, is to find a buyer who can satisfy Juventine requests (starts from 40 million) and those of the player. Fenerbahçe has come forward, shyly observe Galatasaray and Atletico Madrid, but a solution is still very far away.

But for Juve the biggest problem, in addition to the danger of losing zero Vlahovic, is linked to its substitute. Because the Serbian at the moment between amortization (about 19.5 million) and gross salary (24) will weigh in the next balance sheet for over 40 million. And the bianconeri until they have sold it will hardly be able to launch the assault on the bomber. That, however, absurdly, whoever it is (GyoKeres, Castro, Rettegui or David) will impact less on finances than in Dusan’s last year. A laster node, therefore, that could only be dissolved with the arrival of an offer shortly for Vlahovic (perhaps thanks to a good performance in the club world championship) or with one (currently quite unpronounceable) in reversal of the attacker on the renewal theme.
