Linskens leaves the Golden State Valkyries again, the club reported from the North American basket competition WNBA earlier on Sunday. In mid-May, the West-Flemish still laid down for the coming European Championship with the Belgian basket women to concentrate on its first year in the WNBA. But she is coming back to that now.
The 28-year-old Linskens only signed at the beginning of February under a contract with the Golden State Valkyries, where she became a teammate of Julie Vanloo. But now her stay at the club is already over.
Linskens (1m93) opted for a striking new challenge in September 2024 at the Russian Dynamo Kursk, a city in war zone. She then made the switch from the French Lattes-Montpellier.
Earlier she was also active in Russia at Enisey Krasnoyarsk and Nadezhda Orenburg. In her own country she played for Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Castors Braine and Namur. Furthermore, she was also working on the Czech Nymburk, the Polish Gorzow Wielkopolski and the Italian Magnolia Campobasso.
