– They are neutral, casual colors that are suitable for many situations and use. For example, the same pants can be worn and free. In cotton products, green colors are classics that can be used regardless of year or season, Laitinen says.
According to Laitinen, Finnish men speak three things in the shades of green: versatility, easy combination and nature.
– In Helsinki, men often see a combination of green, white and dark blue. For example, green pants, a white shirt and a blue knit or jacket. Or, contrary, with blue pants. One Sunday, for myself, this combination came in the same way for about three to five men on the way, he says.
Versatile green shades flatter many. However, is it suitable for everyone?
– In pants, green is perfect for everyone. However, the color contrast of green and skin should be large enough at the top to prevent the color from disappearing from the face. However, this can be balanced, for example, with a white shirt or a t-shirt. For most of the green, the green is also suitable at the top, for example, as a knit, says Laitinen.
