Important access road to Ostend no longer closed, second train (with 250 passengers) stranded

The nice weather has already attracted 180,000 tourists to the coast today and that causes a lot of crowds. Ostend was even closed for incoming traffic for a while. That is no longer the case, although the seaside town still asks not to get by car. There are also problems on the train. For example, in the municipality of Essen there has been a train stopping for more than half an hour with 250 passengers on board. Earlier today, no fewer than 1,000 passengers had to be evacuated from a train that stopped in Affligem.
