Actress Roope Salminen will be seen in Tuukka Temonen’s fresh The Nordic harvest in the movie. Salminen says that “he was allowed to play his role with a wide brush”.
– Replication has taken place with loose wrists, and not much following the script. Hopefully, representative moments have been captured for this film, Salminen tells Iltalehti at the premiere of the film.
The actor says he tends to offer improvisation, but depending on the director, it is encouraged or not.
– There are also two scenes in this movie where I just happened to be near the scene and asked if I could come do something. Tuukka trusted it and said “yeah,” Salminen laughs.
The second time, he says he’s left to shoot at the set as he waits to get home on a ride with co-actor Arman Alizad. In the meantime, Salminen starred in one extra scene.
The second time Salminen appeared from the mask and the scene was met with a confused Temonen who had not written anything to Salminen about the scene. It didn’t bother me this time either.
– I hear both ended up in this movie, so I’m looking forward to it, Salminen says.
New types of work patterns
The Lauma program, created, hosted and written by Salminen, has been well received and is one of the Golden Venla finalists.
– It’s a great honor, especially in the game show category, where international formats are rolling, Salminen says.
Salminen reminds that there are other screenwriters in Lauma in addition to him. The herd has affected Salminen’s work situation in a way that pleases him.
– I have been contacted and asked to be a screenwriter for things where I am not on the screen myself. That side has started to pull well and it has been really nice to write various programs, Salminen rejoices.
– In the last few days, I have written terrible things about my friends and colleagues Joonas Nordmanin Barbecue season program. I was asked to be one of the screenwriters. With permission to write really nasty stuff, Salminen reveals.
