For his time in Deventer, Kokmeijer played football at FC Volendam, SC Heerenveen and HFC Haarlem. “At Go Ahead Eagles I just had a great time even though my career ended there. It is a beautiful club with fantastic supporters. Even after the accident I have experienced a lot of support there. I have to say that Go Ahead remains my club.”
