Anouk has never been called or polled to become a coach in the new season of The Voice of Holland, which returns to the tube after years. “Not on the list of Peter van der Vorst.”
If there is one person who could have made her comeback credibly in The Voice of Holland, then it is Anouk. She was at the top of many lists, but RTL boss Sven Sauvé announced that he would go for a whole new jury. Well, that turned out to be an excuse, because veteran Ilse DeLange is also just in one of the rotating seats.

It is of course obvious why Anouk is no longer welcome: she insulted Peter van der Vorst, the television boss of RTL. And not just a bit too. After the Voice scandal, Anouk spoke about a ‘corrupt mess’ and Peter was really about that. He called her white hot to get a story, but did not count on her contradiction.
Anouk then said: “I got him on the phone like a sort of screaming pacifier. He started screaming that I was a backstabber and that we had to solve everything together in hand, because we had such a good bond. Well, I didn’t have that at all. I saw that man three times. Anouk now tells RTL Boulevard That she didn’t even get a single bell from RTL. “No, I didn’t call. It is possible with many people at the top of the list, but yes, if it is not at the top of the list at Peter van der Vorst, then the party will stop, I think. I would not know why I was not asked.”
She continues: “That can be because they just find me annoying. It can be because I just ask too much money. And of course I have been a bit negative in the news.”

What does she think of the new coaches Dinand Woesthoff, Ilse DeLange, Suzan & Freek and Willie Wartaal? “I think these are all people who are pretty good. My first thought when I heard what coaches they were and especially with the adults: Gosh, yes, that’s a bit of a dull thing. It’s all I thought.”
She continues: “I only thought: oh, they really go for a whole new fresh club. And I really thought: well, that will be very young fresh artists, hey, who can also throw in a bit of a fresh air. So yes, I was a bit surprised by the choice.”
Willie nice
Anouk is only enthusiastic about Willie Wartaal. “Willie can still be very nice in my opinion, but yes, then you also need a good sparring partner, I think. I still liked Suzan & Freek, because I think: yes, nice couple, but then you also have to put something about it. Time will learn it, right? We will just see it.”
