Bulgarian football is in turmoil. Just before the loaded city derby between CSKA Sofia and Lokomotiv Sofia, a VAR-Official was spotted live on television with his phone in the hands. On which site he was surfing? An online gambling site, and that is of course strictly forbidden for the arbitration.
