98-year-old camp guard is on trial in Germany: youth judge will decide his fate

The German court wants to prosecute a 98-year-old former SS camp guard for complicity in the murder of more than 3,300 people in the Sachsenhausen concentration camp during World War II. Because the man was not yet 21 years old at the time of the facts, it is up to the juvenile judge to determine whether he should actually appear in court.
