7 people are stuck in attraction Plopsaland

It is about the ‘Ride to Happiness by Tomorrowland’ attraction in the Plopsaland amusement park in De Panne. Four carts got stuck there. The occupants have been trapped in the rain for an hour. Emergency services are on their way.
