About 60,000 households that had to pay too much tax on their savings in recent years will receive compensation for this by 4 August at the latest. This concerns a compensation of a total of 2.8 billion euros, State Secretary Marnix van Rij (Fiscal Affairs) reported on Thursday in a letter to the House of Representatives.
