Turkish Football Federation Legal Consultancy; Yukatel referred Kayserispor, Göztepe, Trabzonspor, Ittifak Holding Konyaspor, Kasımpaşa and Fenerbahçe to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK). In addition, Josef de Souza from Beşiktaş was also referred to PFDK due to his illegal behavior in the Göztepe match.
The decisions taken by the Legal Counsel are as follows:
1- Due to the “field events” in the YUKATEL KAYSERİSPOR-ÖZNUR KABLO YENİ MALATYASPOR Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match played on 14.05.2022, YUKATEL KAYSERİSPOR Club has been decided to be referred to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order.
2- GOZTEPE INC. Club’s GÖZTEPE A.Ş.-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. In accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order due to his “ugly and bad cheering” in the Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match, in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to “field incidents” and “6 players yellow card and 1 player red card” to PFDK in accordance with Article 40 of the Football Discipline Order, due to the unsportsmanlike act as a team
GOZTEPE INC. Club football player ADIS JAHOVIC has been cautiously referred to PFDK as of 16.05.2022, pursuant to Article 43 of the Football Discipline Order, due to his “illegal behavior” in the same competition.
3- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Club football player JOSEF DE SOUZA DIAS’s GÖZTEPE A.Ş.-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Due to his “illegal behavior” in the Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match, it was decided to be sent to PFDK cautiously as of 16.05.2022 in accordance with Article 43 of the Football Discipline Order.
4- TRABZONSPOR INC. In accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order, due to the “ugly and bad cheering” of the Club’s TRABZONSPOR A.Ş.-ALTAY Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match played on 15.05.2022, the Football Disciplinary Order was suspended due to “field events”. Pursuant to article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to “unlawful reception of spectators”, article 49 of the Football Discipline Order due to “not leaving the stair spaces empty” and 46 of the Football Discipline Order due to “acts against the instructions”. It was decided to send it to PFDK in accordance with Article 7 of the Super League and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions and Article 4 of the Accreditation Order.
5- Due to the “field incidents” in the İTİFAK HOLDİNG KONYASPOR-ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match played on 15.05.2022, İTTİFAK HOLDİNG KONYASPOR Club was transferred to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order.
6- KASIMPAŞA INC. It was decided to transfer the club to PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order due to its “ugly and bad cheers” in the KASIMPAŞA A.Ş.-FRAPORT TAV ANTALYASPOR Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match played on 15.05.2022.
7- FENERBAHCE INC.
