Michelle, Pascalle and Marisse from Hilvarenbeek are working on a fundraiser to bring relief supplies to Ukraine. Marissa’s husband goes Sunday with a friend with a large bus with a trailer to the Polish-Ukrainian border to deliver the relief supplies. “We have direct contact with a reception location in Poland where we will deliver the goods,” says Marissa in the program Wakker! on Omroep Brabant radio.
“Medicines, baby food, but also, for example, dog and cat food. In fact, the people who have fled need everything,” she explains. “They left with a backpack. They really have nothing.” Stuff can be dropped off at the collection point in Hilvarenbeek. Everything about the action can be found on the Facebook page Heel Tilburg Helpt Ukraine. There is also the list of things that Marissa, Michelle and Pascalle want to collect.
