Schützenfest for many donations! Hertha wins the benefit game for the earthquake victims in Turkey 5:1 at the Berlin AK. Match winner is striker Wilfried Kanga, who snapped three times in the first half.

Hertha coach Sandro Schwarz (44): “It was important to play and commemorate the game here. A very good amount of donations was certainly collected. We have also shown ourselves to be very generous as a coaching team, team and staff.”

2444 spectators, including sports senator Iris Spranger, come to the Poststadion to support the victims of the severe earthquake on February 6th and to see Hertha.

Most of the proceeds will go towards building a container village in the Türkoglu/Kahramanmaras region. The technical relief organization and the aid organization Isar also benefit.

In the game, the Bundesliga team doesn’t give the fourth division a chance: Kanga (5th minute) and Richter (7th) shoot the Bundesliga 16th. early in front, then Kanga hits twice (25′, 30′) and Tousart (42′) with his head to make it 5-0 at the break.

Schwarz about his triple goal scorer, who was injured for a long time: “It’s good for him. He moved well and stayed ice cold.” Krasniqi then scored for BAK (77′).
