Another very famous and typical hairstyle of those years are the “Victoria Rolls” which play with the volumes on the upper part of the hair, leaving the lengths soft and with well-defined curls. To obtain this hairlook, the use of curlers is mandatory, which will create the characteristic bulge.
50s hair, from platinum to raven black
The 50s then had a great “cult” beauty: it was in this decade that the tendency to bleach and dye hair, from platinum blonde to red, or darken very much to jet black.
