Two games within 48 hours: Hertha BSC’s fall in 16th place means there are two important games in the Olympic Stadium in a short space of time.
On Thursday (8.30 p.m.) the Berliners will play the second division third party, who will be determined on Sunday, in the first leg in the relegation to remain in the Bundesliga.
The DFB Cup final between SC Freiburg and RB Leipzig follows on Saturday (8 p.m.).
Hertha, the Olympiastadion GmbH as the operator and the German Football Association do not see any logistical problems. The often criticized lawn of the traditional arena also made a decent impression recently.

After all: The Hertha fans are spared a long-threatening scenario. Local rivals Union Berlin missed out on reaching the final of the cup after beating Leipzig 2-1 in April and are therefore not playing in the Charlottenburg home stadium shortly after their own relegation game.
