Moschino is showing a very special 40th anniversary fashion show that pays homage to founder Franco Moschino.
At the collection presentation, which takes place during Milan Fashion Week in September, four stylists will each present ten contemporary looks inspired by the designer.
French stylist and photographer Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele, Perfect Magazine founder Katie Grand, New York stylist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson and Lucia Liu, stylist and founder of the creative platform theBallroom, are all involved.
The joint collection of the fashion house, which belongs to the Italian fashion group Aeffe SpA, follows the departure of creative director Jeremy Scott in March. The American took over the creative direction in October 2013 from Rossella Jardini, who was the first designer to hold creative direction after the death of Franco Moschino in 1994. A successor has not yet been announced.
