4 years in prison for deliberate arson
At the end of last year, the 29-year-old man set fire to an apartment in Zwevegemsestraat in Kortrijk, where he and his cousin were staying, out of frustration. The man fled outside, his cousin was sleeping one floor up and couldn’t get down. He clung to the balcony and was rescued by firefighters.
