Jack Black’s musical comedy “School of Rock” was released 20 years ago. Acclaimed by critics, it is this film that boosted Jack Black’s career and established him as a comedian. To celebrate, Paramount Home Entertainment released a limited new edition of the film on Blu-ray Steelbook on October 5th.
About the content of the film:
Musician Dewy Finn is kicked out of his own band because of his behavior – just before the popular local rock festival “Battle of the Bands”. Unemployed and facing rent payments, Finn poses as a teacher and begins teaching music at a school. He surprisingly meets some exceptional musical talents.
