The SV Meppen strengthened with the brothers Johannes (22) and Paul Manske (20). Both come on a free transfer from VSG Altglienicke and have contracts until June 30, 2024. While Paul is active on the right wing, Johannes plays up front and was the top scorer for Berlin in the Regionalliga Nordost with 12 goals last season.
