Recommended in trial training
Tim Wiesner was able to recommend himself for a commitment at SC Verl during trial training. The 25-year-old comes on a free transfer from league rivals VfL Osnabrück, for whom the goalkeeper played one game last season. Wiesner is the new number two behind regular keeper Niclas Thiede (23).
“We looked for the best sporting solution for us and found it with Tim. With Tim we get an ambitious keeper who is very well trained and also a great fit for us personally,” said sporting director Sebastian Lange.
Tim Wiesner is moving to the sports club in Verl. The 1.92 tall keeper was last at the @VfL_1899 under contract.
