He Government of Spain has already evacuated a total of 429 people from Tel Aviv of which 334 are Spanish; 22 citizens of the European Union; 41 Ibero-Americans and 32 from third countries, as detailed by sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In a first plane that arrived in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) early this Wednesday around 4:30 a.m., 209 people were repatriated: 185 Spaniards, 7 EU citizens, 5 Ibero-Americans and 12 from third countries (foreigners are relatives of Spaniards or residents in Spain).
Specifically, the European citizens are three from Germany, one from Italy, one from Portugal, one from Belgium and one from the Netherlands. Three Colombian people, one person from Mexico and another from Panama, as well as seven Americans, one Canadian, one Israeli, one English, one Norwegian and another person from Switzerland also flew on the Defense plane.
He second plane took off this Wednesday afternoon from Tel Aviv and landed at 9:54 p.m. at the Torrejón de Ardoz air base (Madrid), where they were received by the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares. 220 people have traveled on it, of which 149 are Spanish, 15 EU citizens, 36 Ibero-Americans and 20 from third countries (who are relatives of Spaniards, residents in Spain and residents in other countries, who have been included in the flight at the request of the authorities of their countries).
According to the Ministry, four people from Bulgaria, three from Hungary, two from Germany, two from Romania, one from Italy, one from Lithuania, one from Poland and one from Portugal are traveling on the chartered plane.
