9 a.m., room 3115: Health insurance employee Annett B. (51) is said to have embezzled funds between 2017 and 2019. She is said to have transferred amounts to her own account 40 times, causing damage of around 145,000 euros.

9.15 a.m., Room 135: Mandus C. (39) is said to have participated in a street blockade by the climate extremists of the last generation in November last year and also stuck himself to the road.

12 p.m., room 135: Simon S. (26) is said to have smeared paint on the facade of the FDP headquarters in Mitte in April last year, causing damage of at least 10,000 euros.

1 p.m., room B306: Shamil O. (25) was sentenced in March to five years and four months in prison for aggravated robbery and assault. The public prosecutor’s office successfully filed an appeal, which is now being negotiated.

Wednesday

9 a.m., room 863: Kevin H. (31, was charged in another matter on Monday) is on trial for abusing emergency calls. He is said to have triggered the fire alarm in October 2022 in the Federal Ministry for the Environment in Mitte without any reason.

9 a.m., room 701: Jonathan K. (26) is charged with robbery and dangerous bodily harm. He is said to have stolen goods worth almost four euros from a supermarket in Tiergarten last September. When a man held him, he is said to have thrown a bottle of iced tea at the cashier.

9 a.m., room D707: Mahmut F. (21) is said to have stolen furnishings worth around 15,000 euros from a furnished apartment he rented in Wilmersdorf.

9.30 a.m., Room 3007: From June to October last year, Simon L. (25) is said to have participated in six street blockades by the climate extremists of the last generation, sticking himself to the road and thus, among other things, impeding an ambulance.

11 a.m., room 3115: Mariam R. (64) is said to have received benefits of 21,000 euros from the social welfare office, although she is said not to have been in need. Among other things, the asylum seeker is said not to have given the authorities valuable jewelry.

Thursday

9 a.m., room 504: Amer M. (31) is said to have hit the tenant of his apartment with his fist and a pistol butt and threatened her with death in December last year. The accused is said to have tried to force the woman to pay the rent, which had been increased from 1,500 to 5,000 euros. When this didn’t work, he is said to have demanded 10,000 euros from the tenant’s son – in vain.

9.30 a.m., Room 736: Nils K. (25) is said to have traded drugs as a member of a gang between March and June 2020 and produced more than 70 kilos of amphetamine in a basement. His earnings: almost 50,000 euros.

9.15 a.m., Room 618: Mentor B. (37) is said to have traded cannabis and cocaine in the double-digit kilo range in Berlin from March to May 2020, earning more than 45,000 euros.
