An unidentified gunman shot three students of Palestinian descent in Burlington, a city in the US state of Vermont, on Saturday evening. The three friends, all 20 years old, were on foot on their way to a dinner with relatives. They spoke Arabic among themselves and two of them wore Palestinian scarves, also called keffiyehs.
