Three in ten Flemish people have been concerned about a child experiencing violence or neglect. Although the majority of them share their concerns with others, such as their own family, acquaintances, school or immediate environment, a small proportion do not speak about this. In a new campaign, Helpline 1712 calls on people to share these concerns.
