  • Carrot (250g)

  • Sunflower oil (150 ml)

  • Wheat flour (200 g)

  • Sugar (100g)

  • Eggs (4)

  • Chemical yeast (10 g)

  • Salt (a pinch)

Preparation

  2. We put the eggs in a container. Beat them a little and add the sugar. Continue beating until well blended.

  3. Add the carrot paste and oil to the container. Strain the flour and yeast and add it too, along with a pinch of salt.

  4. Mix all the ingredients well using a spatula. The end result should be a thick, orange paste.

  5. Take a removable mold or a long one (in this case, add a little oil and then flour, so you will prevent the dough from sticking) and line it with baking paper.

  6. We put the pasta in the mold and put it in the oven, already preheated to 180 degrees. It should be between 30 and 40 minutes. When we think it’s ready, we prick it with a toothpick, and if it comes out clean when we take it out, it’s already perfectly cooked. Important: do not open the oven for the first quarter of an hour, or the cake will fall.

  7. When it is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before unmolding. Then we put it on a rack to finish cooling. And ready!

  • Whole milk (1 l)

  • The peel of a lemon

  • The peel of an orange

  • a cinnamon stick

  • Cinnamon powder

  • Sugar (70g)

  • Butter (10g)

Preparation

  1. Heat the milk, the rice, the fruit peels and the cinnamon stick in a pot. Stir constantly. Remember that it has to be very hot, but it should not boil.

  2. When the temperature is high, let it cook for about 45 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. It is important not to stop stirring so that it does not stick and so that the rice releases starch, which will help a lot to achieve a creamy and pleasant texture.

  3. After three quarters of an hour, the rice will be almost done. Then add the sugar and let the fire finish doing its job for about 10 more minutes. The rice grains should be quite soft by now.

  4. Turn off the heat and add the butter. Remove the cinnamon stick and the citrus peels from the pot and stir, mixing everything well. Let it cool down, stirring from time to time to prevent a dry crust from forming on the surface.

  5. Serve the rice pudding in individual containers and let it finish cooling. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and, if you like, garnish with the cinnamon stick you used in the pot.

  • Cream for cooking (100 ml)

  • Sugar (50g)

  1. Mix the Oreo cookie filling, cream cheese, cream and sugar in a bowl. We stir well until we obtain a soft cream, more liquid than dense.

  2. Crush the cookies with a blender until they are powdered.

  3. We prepare cups. At the base, we put approximately half of the sand that we have obtained with the cookies. It depends on the glass we are using, but it should be around a centimeter thick. Press a little so that it has a better consistency.

  4. Add the cream that we prepared in the first step. Here you can put as much as you want, but remember to leave at least another centimeter on top for the last layer.

  5. On the cream we put the rest of the cookies. We put the cups in the freezer for half an hour. We remove and reserve in the fridge, or, if you can, calculate the 30 minutes of time in the freezer to serve them directly from there after the meal.
