Tables broke, umbrellas folded and people jumped for their lives when a van rammed into Brussels terraces yesterday afternoon. Six were slightly injured. Driver (MG), a 28-year-old courier, was caught a few hours later in Antwerp. The man is known to the court, including for assault and battery. “His quit was due to the new mobility plan in Brussels,” it sounds.
