27 killed in fighting in Sudan, Belgians ‘safe and well’

Fighting has erupted in Sudan between RSF (Rapid Support Forces) paramilitaries and the Sudanese army. At least 27 people were killed on Saturday, including three UN employees. The fighting is mainly concentrated in the capital Khartoum. “The 22 Belgians in Khartoum are all safe and sound,” said the Foreign Affairs spokesperson in Brussels.
