The death toll in the explosion in the historic Saratoga hotel in the Cuban capital Havana has risen further to 27. Among the victims is a 29-year-old Spanish tourist. Her husband was seriously injured. There are still 37 injured in hospital. According to Cuban independent media, 19 are missing.
