A man was robbed in a park in Berlin-Köpenick and later forced to reveal the secret number of his bank card in a bank.

Several men spoke to the 25-year-old on Monday night on April 23rd square and asked him if he wanted to buy drugs, the police said. They then threatened the man and searched his belongings. Under death threats, the 25-year-old had to go to the bank branch with the suspects, where one of the men withdrew money from his account in an initially unknown amount.

According to the police, the perpetrators fled with the loot. Subsequent investigations led police to six suspects, aged 16 and 17. Some of the loot was found on them, the situation center said. A 17-year-old, reportedly an intensive offender, was taken into police custody. The other suspects were released after their personal details were determined.
