The police have arrested a 24-year-old man from Loos, near the French town of Lille. The man is suspected of involvement in the kidnapping of the woman from Hoofddorp. The woman was kidnapped on Wednesday, but returned to her home on Sunday evening. The police previously announced that the woman was found in good health.
