A group of at least a hundred private investors in crypto coins has fled the Netherlands for large sums of money. The victims had deposited their money with a 23-year-old man from Hengelo, in the east of the country. However, the man disappeared without a trace and with him a significant amount of investments: the investors were duped for at least five thousand euros, up to tens of thousands of euros per person. The total amount of damages from the investment debacle runs into millions, reports the regional television channel RTV Oost.
