Turkish police have arrested 22 people after the attack in Istanbul on Sunday. One of the detainees would be the person who probably placed an explosive. The bombing killed at least 6 people and injured 81. The attack was allegedly carried out by the Turkish-Kurdish organization PKK, Turkish authorities say.
