Water board tax

The costs for using water in Zoetermeer will increase in 2024. The Union of Water Boards has made a number of sample calculations of the developments. The figures show that a family with its own home and a WOZ value of 250,000 euros will pay an average of 416 euros in water board tax in 2024. This year the average is 371 euros, an increase of 12.1 percent.

For a home with a WOZ value of 325,000 euros, the average levy increases from 392 euros to 441 euros, or an increase of 12.5 percent. A family in a home with a WOZ value of 400,000 euros will pay an average of 12.5 percent more: 465 euros in 2024 compared to 413 euros this year. A single tenant will pay an average of 188 euros in water board taxes next year, an increase of 11.9 percent compared to 168 euros this year. (Source: returns.nl)
