200 young adults without a roof over their heads in the Kortrijk region
The ‘Back on Track’ project aims to do something about this and helps homeless young people to get their lives back on track.
Back on Track exists in West and East Flanders and guides a total of fifty young adults without a roof over their heads. Their lives have to be rebuilt from scratch.
Owning a home is the first goal, followed by tackling secondary problems such as addictions and looking for work. Back on Track works closely with other services such as the OCMW and the CAW. They closely supervise every homeless young person for one year.
