200 refugees from Ukraine in Hoogeveen vaccination location

The vaccination location of the GGD in Hoogeveen at Vos van Steenwijklaan 73 will close today. The building will house 200 refugees from Ukraine.

It is not yet clear when the refugees will be able to move into the building. The building must first be furnished, a spokesperson for the municipality said. To replace the location in Hoogeveen, the GGD will reopen the vaccination location in Meppel.

The GGD will call people who still have an appointment at the location in Hoogeveen after March 16 to make a new vaccination appointment.

It was previously announced that the municipality of Hoogeveen wants to receive a total of 250 refugees at eight different locations.
