200 men arrested in Nigeria for alleged homosexuality: maximum sentence of 14 years in prison threatened

Nigerian police have arrested 200 men for alleged homosexuality. The men attended a same-sex wedding Monday at a hotel near the coastal town of Warri in the southern Delta state, state police spokesman Bright Edafe said Tuesday. The police stormed the hotel. Most of the men wore “women’s dresses,” Edafe said.
