Carnival unions: ‘War Ukraine does not throw a spanner in the works’
The Samewirkende Limburgse Vastelaovesvereniginge (SLV) and the Bond van Carnavalsverenigingen in Limburg (BCL) indicate that carnival will continue for the time being, despite the outbreak of war between Ukraine and Russia.
