The nineteen extractors were hidden in a ‘Trojan container’. That is a container that seems empty, but in which drug criminals lock themselves up and then allow themselves to be driven onto the port grounds. Six of them are minors and the youngest perpetrator is only 14 years old.
Six extractors aged 16 to 19 come from Belgium. In addition to the Rotterdam woman, three Rotterdam residents between the ages of 18 and 25 have also been arrested. The other extractors come from Lansingerland (17 and 18 years), Tilburg (17 and 18 years), The Hague (14 and 21 years), Papendrecht (17 years), Alblasserdam (18 years) and Roermond (18 years).
The 51-year-old truck driver from Bosnia has also been arrested. The seaport police are investigating.
