After the game on April 6 (6:15 p.m.), the THW Kiel pivot will be officially dismissed from the selection of the German Handball Association (DHB) in his home field after 159 international matches. The 33-year-old announced his retirement from the national team in early March.
National coach Alfred Gislason has nominated 18 players for the two international matches on April 13 in Kiel and on April 16 (8:00 p.m.) in Torshavn.
