17-year-old takes unique images of young pine martens

Tijl made the images at the beginning of this month with a wildlife camera, in a forest near Ypres. Pine martens are very rare, and young for sure, but in recent years they have reappeared in West Flanders. According to Natuurpunt Vlaanderen, this is a sign that nature is doing well. The animals often live in hollows of older trees.
