15:0! 1. FC Cologne celebrates a landslide victory

Bottom team 1. FC Köln provided a rare sense of success ahead of the upcoming Rhenish derby against Borussia Mönchengladbach.

The Cologne team, still without a win in the Bundesliga, won a test against the district league team SC Germania Reusrath on Wednesday with 15:0 (6:0).

Storm hopeful Mark Uth was back after lengthy injury problems; he contributed two goals in just under 60 minutes and wore the captain’s armband. Steffen Tigges, Sargis Adamyan and half-time substitute Florian Dietz also scored twice. Central defender Luca Kilian was successful three times.

Cologne is last in the league with just one point and four goals from seven games. After the international break, Borussia Mönchengladbach comes to Müngersdorf on October 22nd.
