Pandemic level 1 – still no all-clear from the Berlin police! 15.1 percent of employees are absent due to illness. Because of Corona, 953 infected people are missing, another 96 are in quarantine – a total of 3.9 percent of the workforce.
Specifically, the warning level means that e.g. B. in the case of major failures on a section, a personnel compensation may only be given within the locally responsible directorate. In addition, further training will be reduced, exception: shooting training.
“Of course we notice the more than 1000 corona-related failures, but the police are able to act,” says union spokesman Benjamin Jendro (GdP). “The fact is that even without Corona, there is a continuous sick leave rate of 10 to 12 percent.”
Jendro has already called for public transport patrols or preventive searches, e.g. B. from shisha bars.

The status of the Berlin professional fire brigade: eleven percent failure rate. In total (with volunteer fire brigades) there are 289 infected and 90 in quarantine.
The figures were presented to the Berlin Interior Committee on Monday. There it was all about the next household – also with problem numbers!
