An internship at a luxury fashion house – according to several media reports, this dream came true for the 13-year-old Frenchman Milan in December 2023.
The boy from Paris received an invitation for an internship at the French fashion house after his mother uploaded pictures of his design sketches to the short message service X, formerly Twitter, report Rolling Stone and Complex magazines.
The pencil drawings, which can also be seen on an Instagram post by streetwear platform Highsnobiety, show the young Frenchman’s designs inspired by the Louis Vuitton monogram. He designed, among other things, a sneaker, high heels and dresses. The images went viral on the platform and were picked up by French journalist Marie Gentric, who interviewed the boy and contacted the fashion house.
According to Highsnobiety, Milan completed a one-week internship at Louis Vuitton in December 2023.
