12,000 students start in adult education

CVO Miras is the merger of two existing adult education centers that are now active in many places in the province: Ypres, Kortrijk, Ostend, Roeselare and Waregem and the region around Bruges and Oostkamp. ‘The advantage of the merger is that we can use the resources optimally, so that we can offer better, tailor-made programs to the students with sound guidance. We can also optimally serve the staff, so that they have job security,’ says Ronny Sanders of CVO Miras Brugge.

The range of courses is very wide. From bookkeeper to welfare worker to cook. There are also various courses that allow students to obtain a diploma of secondary education. This can be done in class, but also online.
