Twelve residents of Liempde have fallen into the butter with their noses. These lucky ones won the Superpostcode Prize of 1 million euros in the Postcode Lottery. It concerns the inhabitants who play along with zip code 5298 CS and that is the street Nieuwe Erven in Liempde.
During the annual Goed Geld Gala, the winners were surprised by Postcode Lottery ambassadors Nicolette van Dam and Martijn Krabbé. Towards the end of the program, winners from Liempde were called on stage and presented with a check for 66,666 euros per ticket.
Jan and Franka have been playing with the Postcode Lottery for many years: “17 years ago, the PostcodeKanjer fell in Liempde. We also won a nice amount then. We totally didn’t expect it to happen again.”

Fate was kind to our province this time, because residents of Boekel also won prizes. There, ten participants in the Spechtstraat (postal code: 5427 VK) won the PostCodeStraatprijs. They can add 25,000 euros to their savings account per lot. In addition, a BMW was also raffled among the winners.
