The German sports retailer 11teamsports is expanding its branch network in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and opening six new stores.
The stores are scheduled to open in the coming months, 11teamsports announced on Wednesday. In the Netherlands, a store is opening in Cuijk near the German border, in Belgium locations are planned in Aalst, Maasmechelen and Wevelgem, and in Luxembourg the retailer’s first stores are opening in Luxembourg City and Ettelbruck.
With the other Dutch stores in Apeldoorn, Den Bosch, Deventer, Ede, Veenendaal, Wateringen, Zaandam, Zwolle and the so far only store in Belgium in Hognoul, 11teamsports is expanding its store network in BeNeLux to 15 stores. The sports retailer, which is also active as an outfitter for football clubs such as Schalke 04, Fortuna Düsseldorf and 1. FC Kaiserslautern, operates more than 60 retail spaces in Europe.
