A woman was injured around a quarter to nine last night when a fire broke out in a flat in Roosendaal. The fire raged in the basement and caused a lot of smoke. The woman was probably injured by that smoke. She has been taken to hospital.
The fire service quickly scaled up to medium fire. Two fire engines and a cherry picker arrived at the scene. The fire in the basement was quickly extinguished. Measurements have also been taken in and around the houses and the flat is ventilated. It is unknown what caused the fire.
